ELKAN was founded in 2001 by Mikael Elkan.

ELKAN has provided services for the private and public sector for more than 15 years within the field of leadership, HR and communication.

Kaare B. Kristiansen holds an MA in Political Science.  Kaare is also a facilitator in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and Partner at Trivium. He is a skilled facilitator and consultant. Kaare is analytical, brings new ideas to the table and has a sharp mind when it comes to planing and creating an outcome of a proces.

Lars Haslund is Head of DPO at the law firm Lundgrens. Lars supports ELKAN in GDPR-projects and is an excellent teacher and trainer besides attorney of law and GDPR expert.

Mikael is an excellent intermediary and teacher. He teaches project management, coaching, leadership and employee development. He is very analytical and has an outgoing, winning personality. As a trained mediator and coach he solves conflicts and coaches on a high executive level. He created the C2 Model, the Driiiver app for employee development and the well know process for efficient meetings. His area of work are internal processes in organizations. Mikael is creative, innovative and extremely driven by goals and results.
